About 3 weeks ago I could NO LONGER use Thunderbird as their program reverted back to only recognize, Windows Live Mail, for their, Scan To Email, feature. Epson accommodated me and, Voila, I was then able to use Thunderbird & successfully transmitted many scanned items using their, Scan To Email, feature on their printer. When my Epson XP 810 Printer was new I complained to Epson that their program recognized only, Windows Live Mail, (and it still does). Select Scan to Cloud from the Scan mode menu. Select scan mode from the Home menu, or press the Scan button to enter Scan mode. For more information about the network icon, see the documentation provided with the printer or the scanner. I HAVE ONLY ONE EMAIL CLIENT, THUNDERBIRD which Epson will no longer recognize when using their, Scan To Email, feature. When the printer or scanner is connected to the network, a network icon is displayed on the LCD screen. Sign in to the printer, select Scan, and then the Email function once everything is set up.
